Why is this place called Miss Snow Butterfly? 🦋❄️ This space is inspired by my mom, Dianne Andrus Blackham (Miss Snow 1976) who helped me set up every one of my short-term rentals until she passed on June 11, 2024. 💙 She always said, “Movement is life.” In her final months, after becoming paralyzed, she described feeling like a caterpillar in a cocoon preparing for her transformation. And now, every time I see a butterfly, I’m reminded of her. 🦋 On the day of her funeral, we released hundreds of butterflies white, yellow, and black-and-yellow monarchs fluttering like tiny floating flowers across the breeze. It felt magical. She taught us to cope through creativity, inspired us with music, and filled our lives with her secret ingredient: love. She raised five Eagle Scouts and a Miss Snow while shaping us just as beautifully as she shaped herself. In her last weeks, she told me that if I ever wanted to visit her, I could find her at the temple. Families are forever… and I’ve felt that many times since she passed. 🤍 When you look out the window here, what do you see? Do you look down… or do you look up toward the mountains, the beauty, and the temple? The Ephraim Temple is less than a mile away visible right beneath the “S” on the hillside and it makes me feel a little closer to her every time I’m here. ⛰️🏛️ I hope you take a deep breath and enjoy this moment, because time is precious. And I hope your family bottles up a little love while you’re here in this beautiful corner of Ephraim, Utah.

Getting inside is easier than it seems! The entrance can feel a bit tricky at first, but once you know the spot, you’re good to go. Just head to the second door from the left at the front of the building it’s the only one that takes you straight to the elevator ⬆️ For the smoothest arrival, we recommend checking out the building during daylight We’re here to make sure your check-in is easy and totally stress-free! 💛
