Business meets pleasure. Positioned on the main road through town, you can't miss our apparment complex "Nordic Point". The neighborhood has tons of convenience foods less than a minute walk awayu. East Texas Donuts, Little Ceasars Pizza or the roadhouse cafe. lJust a five-minute stroll or less from Nordic Point, enjoy some of Ephraim’s sweetest offerings! Stop by Delicias Guelaguetza for authentic Mexican ice cream, paletas, and unique flavors like arroz con leche and rompope. For frozen yogurt or more ice cream options, check out YoCrazy. Local treats and shops within walking distance make your stay extra special!
Other Details to Note
ROAD NOISE WARNING: This appartement is just off the main road of a college town. As such weekends can ocasionallly be a little rowdy. I suggest if you are a really light sleeper of leave the fan on. It can also be helpful to use a white noise app or white noise machine.
